Controlled Weighing
All raw materials are weighed in dedicated booths with controlled temperature, relative humidity and airflow. Every weighing operation is independently verified by a second authorized employee.
Continuous Environmental Monitoring
In relevant production areas, temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure are digitally logged at one-second intervals.
In-House Filling and Packaging
Filling, primary packaging, labeling, coding and secondary packaging are performed in-house. Depending on technical suitability, formats include plastic and glass bottles and jars, tubes, flexible blister, Alu/Alu and PVC/Alu blisters, sachets, stick packs and doypacks; liquid formats include pump, spray and dropper bottles. Suitable bulk liquids may be packed in canisters, drums or IBC tanks.
ERP-Based Traceability
ERP records link raw-material lots, production batches, process steps, operators, machines and lines, supporting traceability from procurement through dispatch.
