Which dosage forms do you manufacture?
Softgels, chewable softgels, hard capsule filling, conventional, effervescent and chewable tablets, powders and liquids.
Are chewable tablets and chewable softgels the same?
No. A chewable tablet is a compressed solid; a chewable softgel uses a soft capsule shell and a fill formulation.
Do you manufacture feed additives?
Yes. Technological, sensory, nutritional and zootechnical projects may be assessed on dedicated, physically separated lines.
What is the difference between contract and private-label manufacturing?
Contract manufacturing focuses on manufacturing a customer-owned or agreed formula. Private-label projects may also involve product development and brand-specific packaging.
Can you develop a new product if we have no formula?
Yes. We can evaluate the concept, ingredients, dosage form, manufacturing feasibility and packaging.
Can you manufacture our existing formula?
Yes, following technical assessment of the formula and production requirements.
Will our formulation remain confidential?
We protect customer-owned formulations, technical files, product concepts, production volumes and commercial information. A formulation uniquely developed for one customer is never offered to, shared with or used for another customer without the original customer’s explicit authorization.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is determined for each product and packaging project; there is no single universal MOQ.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on material availability, product complexity, testing, packaging and production scheduling.
Can Samti source raw materials?
Material sourcing can be evaluated within the agreed project scope.
How are raw materials weighed?
All raw materials are weighed in dedicated booths with controlled temperature, relative humidity and airflow. Every weighing operation is independently verified by a second authorized employee.
Do you perform packaging in-house?
Yes. Filling and primary and secondary packaging are carried out within our facility.
Which packaging formats are available?
Filling, primary packaging, labeling, coding and secondary packaging are performed in-house. Depending on technical suitability, formats include plastic and glass bottles and jars, tubes, flexible blister, Alu/Alu and PVC/Alu blisters, sachets, stick packs and doypacks; liquid formats include pump, spray and dropper bottles. Suitable bulk liquids may be packed in canisters, drums or IBC tanks.
Is “triplex sachet” a separate packaging format?
No. Triplex refers to a three-layer laminate material structure, such as polyester/aluminum/polyethylene, used in suitable sachets.
Do you supply bulk products?
Suitable powder and liquid projects may be supplied in bulk for further processing or packaging.
What are your annual capacities?
Annual manufacturing capacity (three-shift operation): 1 billion conventional and effervescent tablets combined (including 35 million effervescent tablets); 900 million hard capsules filled; 1.05 billion softgels; 8,500 metric tons of powder; 1 million liters of liquid.
Is manufacturing digitally traceable?
Our integrated ERP infrastructure links raw-material lots, production batches, process steps, operators, machines and manufacturing lines, supporting traceability from procurement through finished-product dispatch. In relevant controlled areas, temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure are logged at one-second intervals.
Do you export?
Yes. Direct and indirect exports reach 31 countries as of October 2026.
Can you support U.S.-market projects?
As of October 2026, Samti-manufactured products reach 31 countries through direct and indirect exports. In addition, our facility holds an FDA Food Facility Registration relevant to the U.S. market.
What should we provide to start?
Product concept or formula, dosage form, target market, expected quantity and packaging preferences.
Do you manufacture empty hard capsule shells?
No. We fill ready-made empty hard capsule shells.
