Filling and Packaging
Packaging protects product quality and affects the user experience. We support packaging selection by considering dosage form, fill quantity and destination market together, and perform filling and packaging in-house.

Integrated Packaging Operations
Manufacturing, filling, primary packaging, labeling, coding and secondary packaging are managed within our facility.
Bottles and Jars
Plastic and glass bottles and jars for suitable solid and liquid products.

Blister Packaging
Flexible blister, Alu/Alu and PVC/Alu options for suitable tablet and hard capsule projects.
Strip Packaging (Flexible Blister)
In strip packaging, each tablet or capsule is protected in its own pocket, heat-sealed between two layers of foil or laminate. Structures such as Alu/Alu provide a high barrier against moisture, light and oxygen and give a lightweight, portable, single-dose format. It can be evaluated for suitable tablet and hard capsule projects.

Tube Packaging
Tube formats for suitable tablet products, including effervescent tablets.
Sachets
Portion-controlled sachets. Three-layer laminates such as polyester/aluminum/polyethylene can be used where appropriate; “triplex” describes a material structure, not a separate packaging format.

Stick Packs and Doypacks
Suitable flexible packaging options are selected according to product characteristics, fill quantity and intended use.

Liquid Dispensers
Pump, spray and dropper bottles may be evaluated for suitable liquid formulations.

Bulk Liquid Packaging
Canisters, drums and IBC tanks for suitable bulk liquid projects.

Packaging Traceability
Raw-material lots, production batches and relevant process records are linked through ERP. Explore our quality and traceability approach.
