Annual Tablet Capacity
1 billion tablets per year is the combined capacity for conventional and effervescent tablets, based on three-shift operations. Within this total, effervescent tablet capacity is 35 million tablets per year. No separate annual capacity is stated for chewable tablets.
Conventional Tablets
Tablet design, granulation where required, compression, coating and packaging.
Effervescent Tablets
Moisture-sensitive formulations and controlled processing, with suitable protective packaging.
Chewable Tablets
Taste, mouthfeel, texture, compression behavior and packaging are considered together.
Formulation Feasibility
Ingredient properties, dose, particle characteristics, blend flow and compression performance are considered.
Controlled Weighing
All raw materials are weighed in dedicated booths with controlled temperature, relative humidity and airflow. Every weighing operation is independently verified by a second authorized employee.
Tablet Compression
Appropriate blending, granulation when required and tablet compression are performed under defined process parameters.
Blend properties, flow, compression force, hardness, friability and other relevant process parameters are evaluated.
Coating
Tablets can receive colored or clear film coatings and enteric coatings. Coating is a separate operation performed after tablet compression; the appropriate option is determined by product requirements.
In-House Packaging
Suitable bottle, blister and tube formats are evaluated according to product characteristics.
Bottle and suitable blister packaging, including Alu/Alu and PVC/Alu, are available according to project needs.
Traceability
Raw-material lots, production batches and relevant process records are linked through ERP. Explore our quality and traceability approach.

Yes. As with enteric-coated softgels, we use a dissolution test apparatus to check acid resistance and release behavior of enteric-coated tablets under conditions representing gastric acidity.
