Quality and Traceability

Quality at Samti extends beyond finished-product testing and is embedded in material acceptance, manufacturing, packaging and documentation.

Quality control laboratory

Quality Starts with Raw Materials

Raw materials and packaging components are assessed against defined acceptance and control procedures. Supplier information, batch details and technical documentation support traceability.

Controlled Raw Material Weighing

All raw materials are weighed in dedicated booths with controlled temperature, relative humidity and airflow. Every weighing operation is independently verified by a second authorized employee.

In-Process Controls

Product-specific and process-specific parameters are monitored during manufacturing. Defined checks and records help identify and evaluate deviations.

Laboratory and Analytical Approach

Raw materials, in-process materials and finished products are evaluated as appropriate to the project. Qualified external laboratories may be engaged for specialized analytical requirements.

Dedicated Production Infrastructure

Feed additives are manufactured on dedicated lines physically separated from production lines used for products intended for human consumption.

End-to-End Digital Traceability

Our integrated ERP infrastructure links raw-material lots, production batches, process steps, operators, machines and manufacturing lines, supporting traceability from procurement through finished-product dispatch. In relevant controlled areas, temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure are logged at one-second intervals.

Our Quality Approach

We work with customers to evaluate product-specific quality, manufacturing, labeling and packaging requirements for their intended markets.
