Business Standards
We believe that strong manufacturing partnerships depend on more than production capacity and technology. Trust, confidentiality, responsibility and transparent communication are central to our work.
Trust and Business Ethics
We seek to act with integrity and professional responsibility, making commitments that are realistic and aligned with our manufacturing capabilities.
Customer Confidentiality
Formulations, technical documentation, product concepts, commercial information and production volumes shared by customers are handled confidentially. Customer names are not used as public references without permission.
Protection of Customer-Specific Formulations
We protect customer-owned formulations, technical files, product concepts, production volumes and commercial information. A formulation uniquely developed for one customer is never offered to, shared with or used for another customer without the original customer’s explicit authorization.
Long-Term Partnerships
Our goal is to provide a dependable infrastructure in which customers can develop portfolios, increase volumes and enter new markets.
Transparent Communication
We communicate technical or operational limitations relating to formulation, materials, processing, packaging or schedules.
Supplier and Material Standards
Technical suitability, continuity, quality and traceability are considered in material and packaging procurement.

Our People
Experience across production, quality, product development, planning and procurement supports our operations.

Recorded and Traceable Work
Our ERP infrastructure supports traceable production records. See Quality & Traceability for controlled weighing, environmental monitoring and separated production infrastructure.
Continuous Improvement
We view advances in technology, automation, digital systems, process development and people as part of our long-term operating culture.
