What Is Bulk Manufacturing
Products are manufactured at commercial scale and supplied in agreed bulk configurations rather than necessarily in their final retail packaging.
Bulk Powder Manufacturing
We assess suitable powder formulations, blend uniformity, handling requirements and industrial packaging. Annual powder capacity is 8,500 metric tons across all powder manufacturing programs.
Bulk Liquid Manufacturing
We evaluate liquid formulations, process compatibility and bulk packaging. Annual liquid capacity is 1 million liters across all liquid manufacturing programs.
Bulk Liquid Packaging
Suitable canisters, drums and IBC tanks may be selected according to product properties and logistics requirements.
Other Product Forms
Other dosage forms may be considered for bulk supply where the process and commercial arrangements are technically suitable.
Controlled Manufacturing
All raw materials are weighed in dedicated booths with controlled temperature, relative humidity and airflow. Every weighing operation is independently verified by a second authorized employee.
ERP Traceability
Raw-material lots, production batches and relevant process records are linked through ERP. Explore our quality and traceability approach.
Manufacturing Capacity
No separate capacity is published for bulk products. Annual figures represent total capacity across all manufacturing programs for the relevant dosage form and are based on three-shift operation.
Project Assessment
Bulk quantity, packaging, storage, transportation and destination-market requirements are determined for each project.
