Liquid Manufacturing

We support your liquid product project from formulation assessment through preparation, filling and packaging. Solubility, stability, taste and odor, and packaging compatibility are considered together.

Formulation and Manufacturability

Ingredient solubility, dispersion, viscosity, physical stability, compatibility and packaging requirements are assessed.

Taste and Odor Masking

Taste and odor strongly influence consumer preference in liquids such as syrups and suspensions. We have experience working with ingredients whose strong taste and odor make direct consumption difficult. In suitable formulations, we can mask pronounced tastes and odors of ingredients such as krill oil and fish oil to develop products that are easier to drink.

Controlled Raw Material Weighing

All raw materials are weighed in dedicated booths with controlled temperature, relative humidity and airflow. Every weighing operation is independently verified by a second authorized employee.

Liquid Preparation and Mixing

Materials are introduced according to the defined formulation and manufacturing process; appropriate mixing and process controls are applied.
