Controlled Raw Material Weighing
All raw materials are weighed in dedicated booths with controlled temperature, relative humidity and airflow. Every weighing operation is independently verified by a second authorized employee.
Blending Process
Ingredients are processed and mixed under defined conditions appropriate to the formulation.
Filling and Packaging
Suitable jars, sachets, stick packs, doypacks and bulk formats are assessed. Three-layer laminate sachet materials may be used when appropriate.
Bulk Powder Supply
Suitable projects may be supplied in bulk for subsequent filling or packaging.
Digital Traceability
