Controlled Raw Material Weighing
All raw materials are weighed in dedicated booths with controlled temperature, relative humidity and airflow. Every weighing operation is independently verified by a second authorized employee.
Blending and Filling
Materials are prepared and blended under defined conditions, then filled into suitable ready-made hard capsule shells.
Capsule Shell Options
Suitable gelatin or plant-based ready-made shells may be assessed for size, color and formulation compatibility.
In-House Packaging
Bottle and suitable blister packaging are available according to project requirements.
